A passionate mountain leader Kipa is a dynamic, flexible, ever-smiling, and open-minded trekking/mountain guide. He is an enthusiastic trekking guide who has explored each and every trekking trail of Nepal, including Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, and Mustang. Not only that, but he has also climbed most of the popular trekking peaks and mountains in Nepal. As a mountain leader, he has climbed Mt. Everest five times, Mt. Lhotse two times, and Ama Dablam seven times. The trekking peaks such as Mera Peak, Island Peak, Chulu Far East, and Lobuche peak are his most climbed peaks, and he has climbed them dozens of times.
As he was born in Khotang district (known as Upper Solu), got a significant influence on tourism since his childhood, and began his career in his teenage. Since 2008, Kipa is continuously contributing the tourism and has fulfilled the dream of several mountain nomads.
Kipa believes the key to a successful life is hard work, good relations, passion, dedication, determination, far-sightedness, and dreams. He has only a philosophy “ Client’s satisfaction is my ultimate happiness” which is helping him make one of the most demanded climbing leaders.
Krishna, our content creator and tour guide is a young, enthusiastic and ambitious man who is fond of traveling, reading books, writing content, and so on. Because of his preferences, he decided to develop his career in the tourism sector as a tourist and trekking guide after pursuing his master’s degree. Initially, he began his career in tourism as a content writer. Then, he obtained licenses as a tour and trekking guide and began guiding clients to different places in Nepal.
He has already visited most of the tour and trekking destinations of Nepal. He always says that traveling to other destinations has helped him experience the joys and struggles of a traveler. It has helped him to understand the expectations and perspectives of clients who travel with him, thus enabling him to communicate with them better and organize well-structured trips.
Not only that, Krishna handles the auctions and communication department. Along with the customary itineraries, he makes customized Himalayan adventure activities for visitors throughout the planet in accordance with their comforts, finances, and requirements.
After completing some treks in Nepal with us, Brett became our representative for Australia. He along with his wife Elese is really doing great work to promote Outward Adventure. He has completed many treks in Nepal and is interested to do many others as well.
Passionate about nature and travel, Brett loves outdoor adventures. Being our sales director and representative in Australia, her favorite task is to help travel lovers arrive in Nepal to embark on their long-anticipated adventure.

Jakob Gillmann has been part of Outward Adventure after completing his trekking and climbing in different regions of Nepal. As an enthusiastic traveler, he has traveled to various parts of Nepal.
Jakob has traveled to many countries and Nepal several times, soft-spoken, ever-smiling, bold, modest, conscience, a mountain lover, and wanderlust. He is so adorable and friendly by nature, therefore, travelers find it easy to plan their trip with him.
He fell in love with Nepal on his first visit to Nepal. Recently he has climbed Island Peak, Lobuche Peak, and Ama Dablam with us and wants to climb other mountains as well. Being our sales director, his favorite task is to help travel lovers arrive in Nepal to embark on their long-anticipated adventure.
Michal Bartosik is a UK national who entered into a representative with Outward Adventure for United Kingdom markets in 2022. He embarked on his first Himalayan experience in 2021 completing the Everest Base Camp trek and returned to Nepal in 2022 to do the Ama Dablam Expedition. The striking beauty of the Himalayas inspired him to meet with Outward Adventure and negotiate how this beautiful region could be marketed to United Kingdom adventurer travelers.
Michal has a great passion for traveling to unusual destinations on earth. His collaboration with Outward Adventure is actively working towards creating opportunities with other UK operators to promote the Himalayas as a much sought-after destination.
Born and raised in Thame, Solukhumbu, Lhakpa Nuru is a pride of Outward Adventure Treks and Expedition. He has climbed Mt. Everest 22 times. Along with that he has already scaled 12 out of the 14 highest peaks in the world (8000m and above).
Not only that, he has climbed 7000m peaks dozens of times and has done 'Trekking Peaks' such as Mera Peak, Island Peak, etc hundreds of times. He has spent his entire career taking guests to the high mountain peaks.
He is committed to making a client’s trip enjoyable with his hard-working traits and sincerity. He enjoys his work and loves to explain each and every tiny detail during the trek including the mountains, small streams, suspension bridges, waterfalls, monasteries, and other things of interest. He is a very easy-going and fun-loving person with immense knowledge of the mountainous terrains and other significant aspects of trekking in high altitudes.
A mountain nomad Nigma Chhiri Sherpa is another pillar of Outward Adventure Treks. Born and raised in Phortse village, the area of the Khumbu region where Mt. Everest is located, Many years he was working as a porter in the Everest region after his experience and training from the government he became a mountain guide.
He has successfully climbed Mt. Everest 14 times. He also has climbed several other 8000m and 7000m peaks dozens of times. He has already worked fixing ropes for Mt. Everest and other high mountain peaks. Not only that, he is an experienced team leader for climbing mountains and trekking peaks such as Island Peak, Mera Peak, and Lobuche Peak, as well as almost all trekking routes.
As a keen explorer and mountain walker, Chhewang enjoys the outdoor lifestyle that Nepal offers and spends his time working as a guide in Outward Adventure Treks and Expedition. The clients adore him and describe him as a friendly, charming, and pleasant guide passionate about what he does.
He is one of our best guides and has led many treks to the more remote areas of Nepal including Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, and Manaslu. He is a reliable, hardworking, and helpful individual. He is very experienced in trekking having gained his Trekking License from NTB.
Pasang Sherpa is a young, energetic trekking guide since the beginning of our journey. After numerous of years experience in other companies, he joined Outward Adventure. He has led many treks and has the gift of being able to explain the nature, geography, and geology you will come across while on the trek. He has led numerous treks in Everest, Annapurna, Langtang, Manaslu, and almost other regions in Nepal.
Pasang is a keen explorer and mountain walker who loves exploring the outdoors. His passion perfectly resonates with his career as a trekking guide. He has acquired a trekking guide license issued by the Ministry of Nepal Tourism. His first language is Nepali, but he is very fluent in English and Japanese. He is a good communicator and has received an excellent review on his communicative skills.
Rabin is one of the most experienced and skilled trek leaders you will ever come across. He began accumulating trekking/hiking/expedition experience right from his childhood in the Khumbu Region as he was from Aiselukharka, Khotang, a neighboring village of Solu. This experience helped him gain an insight into the minds of trekkers enabling him to excel as a trek leader. Since the beginning, Rabin has been helping Outward by taking the guests to the desired destinations such as Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp, Manaslu Circuit, Langtang Valley, and so forth.
He is kind-hearted, well-experienced, well-knowledgable, and a trekking veteran. If you meet him in person, you will be impressed with his kindness, welcoming nature, efficiency, genuine caring, and always look for ways to put a smile on your face.
